As a client, you agree to:
Service fees are outlined in your engagement letter. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as permitted by law.
We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Fujairah. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah.
